Dr. Michael Campbell has practiced orthodontics in Mobile, Alabama since 1986.  He attended the University of South Alabama, majoring in chemistry and minoring in biology, graduating magna cum laude in 1980.  He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1984, and completed the post-graduate orthodontic program in Birmingham in 1986, doing optional research to obtain a Master of Science graduate degree.

He diversified his graduate education by completing a Master of Biblical Studies from Birmingham Theological Seminary in 1998.

Dr. Campbell voluntarily submitted cases for review to the American Board of Orthodontics and was certified as a Diplomate in 1996.  The ABO is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists.

Mike and his wife, Charlene, have been married for 26 years.  They have been blessed with four children.  Lauren graduated from Murphy High School and then the College of Charleston.  She is now married and in graduate school.  Andrew also graduated from Murphy and is in college.  Taylor and Katie are still at home in local schools.

Dr. Campbell has always had an interest in technology, computers, and digital photography.  His first computer was an Apple IIc back in graduate school.  We bought our first digital camera for the office in 1996, and upgraded to digital radiography in 2004.  He even designed and maintains this site personally, so go easy on your critiques!
